Observation

The allegation that a teacher used prohibited discipline when another teacher observed the teacher slam a child on their mat is more likely than not, valid because during the onsite visit and interview with staff, the teacher who observed the incident said they observed the teacher slam the clild on the child's cot from about 2 feet high and observed that the teachers face looked angry and during the interview with teachers, the teachers said they have observed other incidents of staff members grabbing children.
